Pax6熒光素酶報(bào)告基因(報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒)(Pax6 luciferase reporter plasimd)是自主研發(fā)的用于檢測Pax6轉(zhuǎn)錄活性水平為目的的報(bào)告基因。Pax6(Paired box gene 6)基因主要對眼部發(fā)育、嗅覺、中央神經(jīng)發(fā)育和胰腺發(fā)育具有調(diào)節(jié)作用。Pax6的突變會導(dǎo)致眼部虹膜組織發(fā)育異常,產(chǎn)生罕見的家族性先天性無虹膜**。
Pax6報(bào)告基因主要用于檢測細(xì)胞中Pax6的轉(zhuǎn)錄活性、**研究以及基因過表達(dá)和RNAi的表型分析等。
pGMPax6-Lu是改造后的哺乳動(dòng)物真核表達(dá)載體,在其多克隆位點(diǎn)插入了多個(gè)Pax6結(jié)合位點(diǎn),可以高靈敏度地檢測Pax6的激活水平。同時(shí),對載體中預(yù)測出的其它轉(zhuǎn)錄因子以外的結(jié)合位點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了適當(dāng)?shù)耐蛔儯黾恿速|(zhì)粒的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子結(jié)合特異性。由于質(zhì)粒體積減小,使得Pax6報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒更易于轉(zhuǎn)染。Pax6 luciferase reporter plasmid (Pax6-Luc熒光素酶報(bào)告基因質(zhì)粒)

使用說明
1. pGMPax6-Lu可以采用常規(guī)轉(zhuǎn)染方法轉(zhuǎn)染哺乳動(dòng)物細(xì)胞。用熒光素酶檢測試劑盒或雙熒光素酶檢測試劑盒進(jìn)行檢測。
