Comments: Animals were immunized with the BJAB human B cell line.

Spleen cells were fused with P3X63Ag8.653 myeloma cells.

The antibody reacts with a 45000 dalton OKT-10 like molecule on immature human lymphocytes, plasma cells and activated T cells.

Tested and found negative for ectromelia virus (mousepox).
